We’re focused on helping you achieve your goals while staying within budget. That’s why we’re transparent about our rates, so you know what everything costs and why.
We’re happy to discuss your requirements in detail to understand how we may assist and help outline the costs involved in using our services. Some projects will require specific pricing (please get in touch). A brief overview of our rates and some aspects of electrical works are included below:
Reactive maintenance and fault finding
| First hour on site: | £130+VAT |
| Subsequent hours on site: | £70+VAT |
Travel time to purchase parts required for reactive visits charged at the above subsequent hourly rate. Maximum one hour charged.
EICR - Residential
| Up to 3 bedrooms | £150+VAT* |
| 4 bedrooms | £200+VAT* |
| 5 bedrooms | £250+VAT* |
| 6 bedrooms | £300+VAT* |
| 6+ bedrooms will require a tailored quotation, please get in touch. | |
*Maximum 10 circuits. Additional circuits charged at £20+VAT per circuit.
