We created, furnished, and activated a lighting management system for an entire level of One Canada Square’s upper floors, which happens to be the tallest edifice in the vicinity. The exquisitely finished area primarily serves the purpose of hosting and engaging potential investors. This space encompasses Marketing Zones, simulated residential units, prototype chambers, offices, artistic and historical exhibits, a restaurant, a bar, and areas for hospitality. The lighting arrangement necessitates the capacity to offer utmost adaptability in terms of regulation and scheduling, catering to the versatile functions of the space as needed.
The cumulative floor expanse measures approximately 9000 square metres, involving more than 500 DALI ballasts that govern an assortment of light fixtures, all managed through a singular control panel. This control panel has the ability to recall predefined lighting settings based on the space’s usage and the time of day. Furthermore, comprehensive control can be exercised through the Lutron application, permitting individualised management of all illumination fixtures.
